Malcolm has been continuously working on the pet’s habitat area, making sure that he gets it just right. Each pet type has their own area and each pet inhabits their own particular part of land. I’ve seen some screenshots of the work and it’s shaping up nice. We should hopefully have screenshots to share soon.
I expanded on some of the minigame ideas, writing up another document for another game, making sure we have the design idea ready and understood before we begin to work on them. I also outlined design ideas we had or came up with so that we can flesh out the base game when its done. I want to make sure the player feels part of a dynamic world that is just as alive as the pet that inhabits it. I tried working out what the User Interface would be like for the map area, but I’m not happy with it, however its my first attempt and has given me some ideas.
